• All parts are sold used and as-is unless otherwise specified in writing.
  
  
• Mazda - Mini Cooper Recycling is not responsible for any labor warranty or reimbursement costs for the installation or removal of any part(s) sold. It is the customers responsibility to bring the vehicle and/or part(s) back to Mazda - Mini Cooper Recycling for any inspection. We will not pick up any vehicle.
  
  
• Any part that has been altered, modified, disassembled (to include the removal of inspection covers), or otherwise damaged subsequent to purchase voids any warranty.
  
  
• Engines and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them prior to sale. If the center of the heat tab is melted out, or the heat tab has been removed subsequent to purchase, the warranty is void. Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks only.
  
  
• Our used engines, automatic transmissions, and rear ends are warranted for the specified amount of time on your sales receipt, if at all, and only under normal driving conditions. Engines are guaranteed against engine knock and excessive smoke only.
  
  
• All used motors are sold as long blocks only. All water pumps, timing belts, seals, and any accessories are not covered in the warranty.
  
  
• Timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids, and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation and again at the manufacturers recommended service intervals.
  
  
• All cores must be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt or the core deposit will be forfeited. Sales tax paid on core deposits is not refundable per California State Board of Equalization Code 1654. Mazda - Mini Cooper Recycling is not responsible for the pickup of any cores.
  
  
• Due to the practice of interchanging parts from different years and models of vehicle, the year and model of the vehicle or part printed on the invoice may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part of vehicle as that provided by the customer. We use a computerized interchange database to ensure that the parts we sell are within the range of interchangeability for the customers part and/or vehicle.
  
  
• Some Part(s) may have accessories that are attached, and must be switched out or removed to accommodate proper installation. This is solely the responsibility of the purchaser or installer.
